How to Top Up Home Electricity Tokens, Easy and Quick

Electricity tokens for homes are unique 20-digit numerical codes used to top up the balance on prepaid electricity meters. These tokens function like mobile phone credit; the more they are used, the balance decreases, and they must be replenished when depleted. To avoid failures, ensure the number entered is correct, input the code carefully, do not delay refilling when electricity is running low, and keep the receipt or proof of purchase. If the token fails to enter, double-check the code, repeat the input correctly. If it still fails, contact PLN’s customer service at 123 or via the PLN Mobile app. Topping up electricity tokens is very easy; simply purchase the token, then enter the code into the meter. The process only takes a few minutes and can be done independently at home. PT PLN ensures that the economic stimulus package in the form of a 50% electricity tariff discount for customers with capacities of 2,200 Volt Ampere (VA) and below has been available since 1 January until February 2025.
