How to Report If Eid Holiday Allowance 2026 Has Not Been Paid: Online and Offline Methods Available

Has your Eid holiday allowance (THR) not been paid whilst Eid al-Fitr 2026 approaches? You can file a complaint at the THR complaint post provided by the Ministry of Manpower (Kemnaker). In addition to lodging a complaint, you can also seek consultation regarding your THR entitlements.

According to the official Kemnaker website, there are two types of services available at the 2026 Kemnaker THR Post: consultation and complaint services. Here is the distinction.

Consultation Service

  • Opened since 2 March 2026.

  • Addresses enquiries regarding THR and BHR (Benefit Holiday Reduction) entitlements, including eligibility to receive payments, calculation methods, and issues arising in special circumstances such as termination of employment.

Complaint Service

  • Activated seven days before Eid al-Fitr, in line with the government’s THR payment deadline.

  • Operating hours: Daily (including Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays) from 08:00 to 15:00 Western Indonesia Time.

  • Workers may report various THR payment problems through this service, such as unpaid or partially paid allowances.

  • Every complaint received is immediately followed up by labour inspectors stationed daily at the post. Through this mechanism, Kemnaker ensures that every report from workers receives a swift response and appropriate handling in accordance with applicable regulations.

How to Report THR 2026 Online and Offline

Reports or consultations regarding THR 2026 may be made either online or offline. Here are the methods.

Online Reporting via Website

  • Visit the website poskothr.kemnaker.go.id

  • Log in or register a Siap Kerja account

  • After logging in, click “THR Complaint” to file a report

  • Select your province and district/city of employment

  • Select the company name, then enter your data and describe the problem

  • Click “Report” and await a response

Online Consultation via Website

  • Visit the website poskothr.kemnaker.go.id

  • Log in or register a Siap Kerja account

  • After logging in, click “THR Consultation” to seek advice

  • Select the region where your company is located

  • After selecting the region, a chat box will appear

  • Click the chat box

  • Then, enter the requested information

  • After completing all data fields, click “Start Chat”

Reporting/Consultation via WhatsApp

Offline Reporting/Consultation (In-Person Visit)

  • Complaints received will be followed up by labour inspectors stationed daily at the post
