How to Register for the Free Transjakarta Service Card Online

  • Open the website klg.transjakarta.co.id

  • Click on the “Registration” menu and select the “New Card Creation” category

  • Fill in personal details by entering NIK, name as per ID card, complete address, and active phone number

  • Complete the required supporting documents according to the category

  • Wait for the verification process

  • If approved, information regarding the card pickup location will be sent to the registered phone number

How to Register for the Free Transjakarta Service Card Offline

If you wish to register for the Free Service Card (KLG) for Transjakarta in person, you can do so through Bank DKI/Bank Jakarta. This is for the following categories:

  • Applicants who are KJP Plus & KJMU recipients

  • Rusunawa residents

  • DKI ASN

  • Retired PNS of DKI Jakarta
