How to Register for the Free Transjakarta Service Card Online and Offline
The Free Service Card (KLG) is a facility from the Jakarta Government that provides free access to public transportation services, including riding Transjakarta. There are 15 categories of KLG recipients.
Here is the list of KLG recipient categories eligible for free Transjakarta rides:
Students holding the Jakarta Pintar Plus Card and Jakarta Mahasiswa Unggul Card
Social aid recipients for fulfilling basic needs for children
Residents of simple rental apartments (rusunawa)
PKK (Family Welfare Empowerment) driving teams and PKK groups
Non-civil servant employees (PJLP) and non-ASN employees of the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government
Civil servants (ASN) and retired civil servants (PNS) of DKI Jakarta Province
People with disabilities
Elderly residents (lansia)
Veterans of the Republic of Indonesia
Private sector employees holding the Jakarta Worker Card
Educators and educational personnel in early childhood education
Caretakers of places of worship
Residents of the Thousand Islands Administrative District
Aedes aegypti larvae monitors (jumantik), youth organisation administrators (karang taruna), dasawisma groups, or posyandu (integrated health post) administrators
Members of the Indonesian National Armed Forces (TNI) and National Police (Polri)
How to Register for the Free Transjakarta Service Card Online
Quoting from the Instagram post of the DKI Jakarta Transportation Agency @dishubdkijakarta, registration for the Free Service Card (KLG) for Transjakarta can be done online. Here is how:
Open the website klg.transjakarta.co.id
Click on the “Registration” menu and select the “New Card Creation” category
Fill in personal details by entering NIK, name as per ID card, complete address, and active phone number
Complete the required supporting documents according to the category
Wait for the verification process
If approved, information regarding the card pickup location will be sent to the registered phone number
It should be noted that this online registration is for the following categories:
Social aid recipients for fulfilling basic needs for children (KIA Jakarta, KJP Plus/KJMU)
PKK driving teams and PKK groups
PJLP and non-ASN employees of the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government
People with disabilities
Elderly residents
Veterans of the Republic of Indonesia
Private sector employees holding the Jakarta Worker Card
Educators and educational personnel in early childhood education
Caretakers of places of worship

How to Register for the Free Transjakarta Service Card Offline
If you wish to register for the Free Service Card (KLG) for Transjakarta in person, you can do so through Bank DKI/Bank Jakarta. This is for the following categories:
Applicants who are KJP Plus & KJMU recipients
Rusunawa residents
DKI ASN
Retired PNS of DKI Jakarta
In addition, you can also register during Car Free Day (CFD) or Motor Vehicle-Free Day (HBKB). The registration times will be announced through the Instagram account of the DKI Jakarta Transportation Agency @dishubdkijakarta.
