The Ministry of Manpower has outlined the registration process for the 2026 National Vocational Training Programme Phase 2 via the SIAPkerja and Skillhub Kemnaker portals, open until 9 June 2026.

Director General of Vocational Training and Productivity (Binalavotas) at the Ministry, Darmawansyah, stated that the registration system is designed to be integrated, transparent, and self-service for participants.

“All registration processes are designed for easy access and transparency. Participants simply follow the steps through SIAPkerja and Skillhub Kemnaker, from account creation to readiness assessment,” Darmawansyah said.

Registration steps require participants to visit the official Skillhub website at skillhub.kemnaker.go.id, then click “Login” to access SIAPkerja.

If they already have an account, users enter their username and password and click “Login”. Those without an account should click “Register Now” and fill in personal details (email, phone number, password) as per their identification.

After successful registration, participants must log in again and complete their SIAPkerja profile. They should navigate to the “Activities” menu, select “Assessment”, and complete both the “Self-Assessment” and “Self Potential Inventory (SPI)” assessments.

The “Self-Assessment” aims to identify interests and career preferences, whether for domestic work, overseas employment, or entrepreneurship.

Meanwhile, the “Self Potential Inventory” determines the compatibility of personal potential with chosen job types or training fields.

Participants then select their preferred training programmes via Skillhub according to the registration schedule. Each participant can choose up to three vocational programmes at the same training centre.

Participants open the “Activities” menu on SIAPkerja, select “Assessment”, and complete the “Ready for Training” test. This evaluates basic skills such as general knowledge, verbal, numerical, and figural abilities to measure readiness for the training.

The assessment can be completed at any time during the open period, but must be finished before the deadline to proceed to the next selection stage.
