How to Register for the 2026 National Internship Programme: SIAPKerja Account Requirements and Registration Steps

The Ministry of Manpower (Kemnaker) officially opened registration for the National Internship Programme (PMN) Batch II of 2026 starting 15 July 2026 through the MagangHub platform. For members of the public wishing to join this programme, one of the main mandatory requirements is to have a SIAPKerja account. A SIAPKerja account serves as the primary access point to enter the MagangHub platform, complete a profile, upload documents, and submit internship applications to available companies. Therefore, prospective participants who do not yet have an account are required to create a SIAPKerja account first before registering for the 2026 National Internship Programme. Before accessing the MagangHub platform, participants must have a verified SIAPKerja account and a completed profile. The account is used to log in to the MagangHub platform, complete the participant profile, upload required documents, select internship vacancies, and submit internship applications. Once all data is confirmed as complete, participants can begin registering for the National Internship Programme through the Ministry of Manpower’s MagangHub platform. To create a SIAPKerja account, users should open the kemnaker.go.id page via a mobile phone or computer browser, click the Login menu, then select Register Now. They must complete the requested data, including their National Identity Number (NIK), mother’s maiden name, active email address, active mobile phone number, and a password. The system will verify the NIK and mother’s maiden name against the central civil registry data. If the data does not match, participants are asked to update their data through the local civil registry office. After clicking Next, users must enter the OTP code sent via SMS to the registered phone number. If the OTP is not received, they can select Resend Verification Code, then click Confirm to activate the account. Once the account is created, participants must complete their profile to access all SIAPKerja services, including MagangHub. They should select the Complete Profile menu and fill in the data through seven stages, starting with uploading a clear facial photo and entering personal information.
