How to Register for the 2026 National Internship Programme: SIAPKerja Account Requirements and Registration Steps
The Ministry of Manpower (Kemnaker) has officially opened registration for the second cohort of the 2026 National Internship Programme (PMN) starting 15 July 2026 via the MagangHub platform. For members of the public wishing to join the programme, one of the main requirements is having a SIAPKerja account.
A SIAPKerja account is the primary means of accessing the MagangHub platform, completing one’s profile, uploading documents and submitting internship applications to available companies.
Therefore, prospective participants who do not yet have an account are required to create a SIAPKerja account before registering for the 2026 National Internship Programme.
Requirements for Registering for the 2026 National Internship Programme
Before accessing the MagangHub platform, participants must have a verified SIAPKerja account and a completed profile.
The account is used to:
Log in to the MagangHub platform.
Complete the participant profile.
Upload the required documents.
Select internship vacancies.
Submit internship applications.
Once all data has been declared complete, participants can begin registering for the National Internship Programme via Kemnaker’s MagangHub platform.
How to Create a SIAPKerja Account
The following are the steps for creating a SIAPKerja account to take part in the 2026 National Internship Programme:
Open kemnaker.go.id through a browser on a mobile phone or computer.
Click the Login menu, then select Register Now.
Complete the requested data, including:
National Identity Number (NIK).
Biological mother’s name.
Active email address.
Active mobile phone number.
Password.
The system will verify the NIK and mother’s name against central Dukcapil (civil registry) data.
If the data does not match, participants are asked to update their data through their local Dukcapil office.
Click Next.
Enter the OTP code sent via SMS to the registered phone number.
If the OTP has not been received, select Resend Verification Code.
Click Confirm to activate the account.
Complete the SIAPKerja Profile
After the account has been successfully created, participants must complete their profile so that all SIAPKerja services, including MagangHub, can be accessed.
Select the Complete Profile menu, then fill in the data through the following seven stages:
- Profile Photo
Upload a self-portrait showing your face clearly, then click Next.
- Biodata
Fill in all personal information as requested, then click Next.
