How to register for the 17 August 2026 Ceremony at Istana Merdeka: Requirements and schedule
Jakarta (ANTARA) - The government has not yet announced the official registration schedule for participants of the 81st Anniversary of the Independence of the Republic of Indonesia ceremony, to be held on 17 August 2026, at Istana Merdeka, Jakarta. The public is urged to monitor information through official government channels to avoid missing out.
The independence ceremony at Istana Merdeka remains a major national agenda that consistently attracts significant public interest. Every year, the government provides opportunities for the general public to attend in person as invited guests through a designated registration mechanism.
