How to Register for Free Mudik Lebaran 2026 with Ministry of Transport – Check the Requirements Too
The Ministry of Transport (Kemenhub) is once again operating the free Mudik Lebaran programme this year. The Directorate General of Land Transport is opening registration for the Free Mudik Lebaran 2026 in early March.
According to the Instagram account @ditjen_hubdat, registration for the Free Mudik Lebaran 2026 Kemenhub is open daily from 1 March to 15 March 2026, starting at 08:00 WIB. Registration will close once the daily quota is reached.

How to Register for Free Mudik Lebaran 2026 Kemenhub Online
These are the steps to register for the Free Mudik Lebaran 2026 Kemenhub online:
Visit the website nusantara.kemenhub.go.id
Click the “Free Mudik” menu
Select “Free Mudik Road Transport”
Select “Special Services”
Select the organiser “Directorate General of Land Transport”
Click the “register” icon (prospective participants will be directed to the “MitraDarat” page)
After entering the MitraDarat application, click the “Free Mudik” menu
Select departure point, mudik destination, departure date, and so forth
Prospective participants receive an e-ticket/booking code from registration
Prospective participants must complete re-registration/validation at the Registration Post
Terms and Conditions
Passenger Registration:
Registration is online only.
One account can register three people (total of four) and one motorcycle.
Participants must have valid identity documents (ID card/driver’s licence/family card) at the time of registration and can only select one mudik destination city.
If participants wish to participate in both the outbound and return flows, then return flow registration is conducted simultaneously when registering for the outbound flow (if the selected mudik destination city has a return flow option).
Participants are given a period of three days after the registration date to complete re-registration/validation at a designated post.
If participants do not complete re-registration/validation within three days, their data is considered forfeited and they cannot re-register (their national identity number is blocked by the system).
Motorcycle Registration:
Registration is online only.
Motorcycle registration is conducted simultaneously when registering for passenger mudik.
Participants can register a motorcycle if they are already registered as a passenger and the selected destination city has a motorcycle mudik quota.
Validation Re-registration Post Locations
Validation re-registration for free mudik will be open daily from 08:00–16:00 WIB. There are six validation re-registration post locations:
Jakarta – Ministry of Transport Office
Jakarta – Bulungan Sports Hall, Block M
Tangerang – Poris Plawad Terminal
South Tangerang – Pondok Cabe Terminal
Depok – Jatijajar Terminal
Bekasi – Kayuringin Terminal
