How to Obtain Competency Certification After Completing the 2026 National Internship Programme

Registration for competency certification for graduates of this programme will open from 8 May to 15 May 2026. Graduates of the National Internship Programme who wish to obtain certification can register immediately. Below is information on the process, schemes, and locations of implementation.

Process for Registering for Competency Certification

Here are the steps to register for competency certification through the Magang Hub website:

  • Visit the official site: Open the page maganghub.kemnaker.go.id.

  • View Certification: Click the “See more” menu in the Competency Certification information section on the Magang Hub homepage.

  • Select Schedule: Choose the competency assessment schedule that includes details on the LSP, Certification Scheme, Competency Testing Location, and Implementation Date.

  • Register:

    • Click “Register and fill in additional portfolio” if you have one.

    • Click “Yes, Register” if you do not have an additional portfolio.

  • Verification: Wait for the registration verification process conducted by the LSP.

  • Implementation: Follow the competency assessment process according to the determined schedule.

  • Issuance of Certificate: If declared competent, the competency certificate will be issued immediately by the LSP.

  • Download Certificate: Please download the e-certificate through the maganghub.kemnaker.go.id page.

There are 15 certification schemes according to the field and experience during participation in the National Internship Programme, namely:

  • Human Resources Supervisor

  • Customer Service

  • Providing Front Office Services

  • Digital Filing

  • Producing Audio-Visual Works

  • Data Analyst

  • Occupational Safety and Health Officer (K3)

  • Preparing Financial Reports for Beginners

The competency certification will be conducted offline/face-to-face at Professional Certification Institutions (LSP) of the Grand Centre for Vocational Training and Productivity (BBPVP) and Centre for Vocational Training and Productivity (BPVP) that have been designated, namely:

Important note: Although the internship placement for participants was previously in other companies or institutions, the competency certification process will still be carried out through LSP BBPVP/BPVP.

The competency certification will take place from 20 May to 20 June 2026. Participants who are declared competent will receive an official certificate from BNSP as proof of recognition of work abilities according to the field followed during the internship programme.
