How to Check Your DTSEN Decile Using Your NIK: A Step-by-Step Guide

The government is preparing a scheme to restrict Pertalite fuel for people from upper economic groups, specifically deciles 9 and 10. These groups may no longer enjoy the Pertalite subsidy and will have to switch to non-subsidised fuels such as Pertamax. The public can check their family welfare group based on the National Socio-Economic Single Data (DTSEN) online. DTSEN is an integrated data system containing social and economic information on the Indonesian population. One piece of information the public can access through the Cek Bansos service is the welfare decile. The decile divides families into 10 groups based on their level of welfare.
