How to Check the Status of Social Assistance Proposals in the Cek Bansos Application

Social assistance (bansos) is provided to residents classified as less fortunate or in the lower deciles. Individuals in deciles 1-4 are prioritised as recipients of social assistance. For information, you can propose social assistance recipients online via the Cek Bansos application. You can propose yourself, family members, or others deemed eligible for bansos. Here is how to submit a social assistance proposal in the Cek Bansos application. - Download the Cek Bansos Kemensos application from the Play Store or App Store - Then, open the application - Log in if you already have an account - If you do not have an account, select the “Create Account” menu for new users - Follow the procedures until the account creation is successful - After the account is verified, log in with the registered account - On the Home page, click the Proposal menu - Then, the Independent Proposal menu and the list of previously proposed names will appear if you have submitted a social assistance proposal before - Click the Add Proposal button to add a new social assistance proposal - Enter the family card number (KK) and population identification number (NIK) - Then, click Check Proposal - Next, the application will check whether the data meets the criteria as a social assistance recipient or not - If the NIK does not meet the social assistance recipient criteria, based on welfare level or deciles 6-10, there will be a notification to update the data through the village/sub-district or district/city social services - For proposed NIKs that meet the social assistance recipient criteria, based on welfare level or deciles 1-4 or 5, there will be a sub-menu for social assistance options, namely Sembako, PKH, and PBI-JK - If the proposal meets the social assistance programme criteria, you can mark the proposed social assistance - After that, a notification will appear confirming the successful submission of the social assistance proposal How to Check the Status of Social Assistance Proposals If you have previously submitted a social assistance proposal in the Cek Bansos application, the proposed name will appear in the Proposal menu. Here is the meaning of the statuses after submitting a social assistance proposal in the Cek Bansos application. - Open the Cek Bansos application - Log in to the application - On the Home page, click the Proposal menu - Then, the Independent Proposal menu and the list of previously proposed names will appear if you have submitted a social assistance proposal before - Check the status of the social assistance proposal by noting the following descriptions: - Proposal Submitted, Awaiting Field Verification: Indicates that your proposal has been submitted and will undergo field verification by officers. - Field Verification Completed: Indicates that your proposal has been field-verified by officers and will be verified by social services. - MUSDES/MUSKEL/SPTJM Completed: Indicates that your proposal has gone through the village consultation (musdes)/sub-district consultation (muskel)/SPTJM process. - Being Processed by Social Services: Indicates that your proposal is being verified by social services. - Approved by Social Services: Indicates that your proposal has been approved by social services, with Status and Reasons if rejected.
