There are 10 deciles, each containing 10% of families in Indonesia, where decile 1 represents the 10% lowest welfare families and decile 10 the 10% highest. Deciles are used to determine social assistance targets. Deciles 1-4 (bottom 40%) are priorities for PKH and Sembako assistance recipients. Decile 5 can still participate in PBI-JK. Deciles are dynamic; if inaccurate, they can be updated through the village/sub-district and social services or via the Cek Bansos app by submitting data according to actual conditions.
