Land Certificate Splitting Costs In general, the costs for splitting a certificate consist of two main components, namely measurement fees and registration fees. For example, if you have a 100 square metre plot of land divided into two plots for non-agricultural purposes in DKI Jakarta, the result will be Rp 348,000, with details of Rp 248,000 for measurement and Rp 100,000 for registration. The process flow for splitting a land certificate begins with the applicant preparing the required documents. Then, submitting the documents to the service counter at the Land Office (Kantah) according to the domicile. The officer will check the documents submitted by the applicant. Then, the applicant proceeds to the payment counter to pay the registration fees related to the land certificate splitting. After that, the Kantah officer will carry out the measurement of the land plot. In this process, the applicant must be present. After the land is measured and mapped, the next stage is the Kantah performing the booking of rights and issuing the land certificates. Meanwhile, the completion time for the land certificate splitting process at the Kantah generally takes 15 working days.
