According to government decisions, Lebaran Haji or Idul Adha 1447 Hijriah falls at the end of May 2026. The government allocates two consecutive days for this celebratory period.

This rest period comprises one day of national holiday and one additional day of joint leave. The following are the details of Lebaran Haji 2026 holiday dates based on the Three-Minister SKB:

• Wednesday 27 May 2026: National holiday for the Idul Adha 1447 Hijriah commemorations

• Thursday 28 May 2026: Joint leave for the Idul Adha 1447 Hijriah commemorations

Long Lebaran Haji Holiday 2026

After the Lebaran Haji 2026 holiday, there is a national ‘Harpitnas’ (a bridging period) on 29 May 2026 because it lies between the Idul Adha joint leave and the weekend. According to the calendar, 29 May 2026 is not a red-letter day.

However, after the Lebaran Haji 2026 holiday, there are other public holidays. On Sunday 31 May 2026, the government designates the national holiday Vesak Day 2570 BE. Next, on Monday 1 June 2026, it coincides with the national holiday commemorating the Birth of Pancasila.

• The implementation of joint leave reduces the annual leave entitlement of employees/workers in accordance with the provisions of the statutory regulations and the rules applicable to each unit of work/organization/agency/company.

• Joint leave does not reduce the annual leave entitlement of Pegawai Aparatur Sipil Negara (civil servants).
