How BRILink Agents Can Earn Rewards from BRI, Harvesting Gold via BRImo
PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (BRI) is continuing to strengthen its digital transformation and expand financial inclusion through an integrated service ecosystem. The bank has introduced an appreciation programme for BRILink agents who play an active role in driving the acquisition and activation of new users for the BRImo application.
Under the programme, which commenced on 6 July 2026, BRILink agents have the opportunity to earn rewards in the form of gold savings balances by successfully assisting customers with registration, activation, and transactions using BRImo. The programme is designed as a sustainable initiative and will be evaluated periodically based on developments and the level of enthusiasm among BRILink agents in the field.
This initiative is part of BRI’s strategy to accelerate the adoption of digital services while expanding public access to easy, secure, and convenient financial services. With its network of BRILink agents spread across remote areas of Indonesia, BRI is optimistic that the acceleration of digital transformation can reach a broader segment of society.
BRI’s Director of Micro Business, Akhmad Purwakajaya, stated that BRILink agents play a strategic role as an extension of BRI in delivering financial services and encouraging the adoption of digital services within the community.
‘BRI’s digital transformation is not solely focused on technological development, but also on ensuring that the benefits can be widely felt by the public. Through this programme, we want to show appreciation to BRILink agents who have contributed to introducing BRImo to customers while encouraging the use of digital services for daily transaction needs,’ said Akhmad.
To support this growth, BRI continues to expand new user acquisition through various channels, including the BRILink agent network, which serves as the frontline for financial services and digitalisation across various regions of Indonesia.
Customers eligible for this programme are new BRImo users (New Onboarded Users), including those who already hold a BRI account but have not yet used BRImo, as well as customers who open an account through a BRILink agent. After successfully activating BRImo, customers are required to conduct at least one financial transaction at a BRILink agent to meet the programme criteria.
As a token of appreciation for the agents’ contribution to developing BRI’s digital ecosystem, rewards are provided in the form of gold savings balances under a tiered scheme based on the number of customers successfully activated and transacted during the programme period.
