'House Supermarket' to be launched

JAKARTA (JP): A private company will soon set up a "House
Supermarket", which it describes as an audio-visual medium to
promote and market real estate in Greater Jakarta.

"We plan to open the house supermarket early next year," Eko
Wibowo, the president of PT Dipareksa GIP, announced yesterday.

The supermarket will provide information on real estate
including locations, prices, facilities and technical data.

People may visit the supermarket after hours because the
service is to be open until 9 p.m.

Eko said he wanted to help consumers against possibly
mischievous developers. (jun)
