House of Representatives Questions Plan for International Financial Centre in Bali's Kura Kura SEZ

Commission VII of the House of Representatives (DPR RI) has highlighted the plan to establish an international financial centre in the Kura Kura Special Economic Zone (KEK) in Bali. Deputy Chairwoman of Commission VII, Evita Nursanty, in Denpasar on Monday (4/5), assessed that the plan requires in-depth study. Such a study is necessary to ensure it does not disrupt Bali’s tourism ecosystem. The House of Representatives also stressed the importance of social and environmental aspects in the development of the zone.
