The House of Representatives (DPR) held its 25th plenary session of the fifth sitting period of the 2025-2026 session year. A total of 297 DPR members attended the plenary session. The session was held at the DPR building in Senayan, Central Jakarta, on Tuesday (14/7/2026). The plenary session was chaired by Deputy Speaker of the Indonesian House of Representatives Sari Yuliati. Other DPR leaders present at the session included Deputy Speakers Cucun Ahmad Syamsurijal and Saan Mustopa. Initially, Sari read out the attendance list of DPR members. “According to records from the Secretariat General of the Indonesian House of Representatives, the attendance list for today’s plenary session has been signed by 297 out of 578 members and is attended by all factions within the DPR,” Sari stated. “Thus, a quorum has been achieved, and by saying bismillahirrahmanirrahim, allow us as the house leadership to open the 25th plenary session of the Indonesian House of Representatives for the fifth sitting period of the 2025-2026 session year, on Tuesday, 14 July 2026, and we declare it open and open to the public,” she continued. The agenda for today’s session is the government’s response to faction views on the Bill concerning Accountability for the Implementation of the 2025 Fiscal Year State Budget.
