House members regret Ligitan loss?

I am not very impressed by the regretful statements made by
some members of the House of Representatives over the loss of the
Ligitan and Sipadan islands to Malaysia. Why? Because their roles
and capabilities to represent the people are really doubtful. I
even suspect that the members want to take advantage of the
situation.

I fully agree that the defeat is lamentable because it
reflects failure in our diplomatic performance. But when the
regret comes from House members, I begin to wonder: "What the
hell are the people's representatives up to this time?
