Deputy Chairman of House Commission VI, Andre Rosiade, has expressed appreciation for President Prabowo Subianto’s speech regarding the achievements of Danantara.

“We in Commission VI greatly appreciate the President’s speech, which demonstrates that the partnership between House Commission VI and Danantara is a success. A success in how we partner and support each other to improve the existing state-owned enterprises (SOEs),” Andre said in Jakarta on Friday.

According to him, this partnership includes the streamlining process currently being undertaken by Danantara to reduce the number of SOEs. He also noted that the process ensures no layoffs occur.

“Thirdly, improving performance. And this is based on the amendment to the SOE Law which we enacted, bringing forth Danantara and also the second amendment to further perfect performance. I am very pleased that the President appreciates Danantara’s performance, which partners with us in House Commission VI,” he added.

During the Annual Session of the People’s Consultative Assembly (MPR) and the Joint Session of the House of Representatives (DPR) and the Regional Representative Council (DPD), President Prabowo Subianto delivered a state address on the performance of state institutions. The government also screened a video showcasing its performance achievements.

President Prabowo stated that improvements in the governance and performance of SOEs are beginning to show significant results. He reported that SOE dividend contributions to the state reached Rp142.3 trillion in 2025, an increase of 67 percent compared to 2024.

He explained that this increase occurred after the government corrected the financial reports of several SOEs. Following these corrections, SOE profits in 2024 were recorded at Rp186 trillion, with dividends deposited amounting to Rp85.5 trillion. In 2025, SOE profits reached Rp326 trillion, a 75.3 percent increase from 2024. President Prabowo asserted that the Rp326 trillion profit figure was achieved without any manipulation of accounts.
