House Commission IX Holds Meeting with National Nutrition Agency, Chair Absent Due to Illness

The House of Representatives (DPR) Commission IX held a hearing with the National Nutrition Agency (BGN) on Friday (17/7/2026) at the Parliament Complex in Senayan, Jakarta. The meeting, chaired by Commission IX Deputy Chair Putih Sari, was scheduled to discuss the BGN’s financial report for the 2025 fiscal year.

Before commencing the session, Putih Sari informed the attendees that the commission had received a letter dated 16 July regarding the absence of BGN Chair Nanik S Deyang. She explained that Nanik was unable to attend the meeting due to illness and was therefore represented by the agency’s deputy chiefs. The BGN leadership present at the meeting included Deputy Chair Agustina Arumsari and Trenggono.
