House Commission IX Holds Hearing with National Nutrition Agency on 2025 Financial Report

House Commission IX held a hearing with the National Nutrition Agency (BGN) at the parliament complex in Jakarta on Friday, 17 July 2026. Deputy Chair of Commission IX, Putih Sari, stated that the meeting was convened to discuss the BGN’s financial report for the 2025 fiscal year. “We are holding a hearing with BGN, the agenda is to discuss the financial report of the institution implementing the free nutritious meal project for the 2025 fiscal year,” she said at the opening of the session. The meeting was attended by 26 of the 43 Commission IX members from seven political party factions. BGN was represented by its deputy head, Agustina Arumsari, as the head of the agency was unable to attend due to illness. During the hearing, Arumsari informed the commission that the BGN’s financial report had been audited by the Supreme Audit Agency (BPK) and received an unqualified opinion (WTP). “This means that the entire financial reporting process was prepared with an adequate internal control system,” Arumsari said. She added that the information contained in the financial report was presented in accordance with government accounting standards, which led to the WTP opinion from BPK.
