House Commission III Hears of Additional Bunkers in Febrie Adriansyah Corruption Case
House of Representatives Commission III Chairman Habiburokhman has stated he received information that there are still other storage locations or bunkers related to the three corruption cases implicating former Junior Attorney General for Special Crimes (Jampidsus) Febrie Adriansyah. Febrie has been named a suspect in connection with alleged corruption in the coal sector, the social insurance programme for the armed forces (ASABRI), and Krakatau Steel. “The information is that there are several other places that will potentially be investigated, other bunkers as well,” Habiburokhman said during an internal meeting of Commission III at the Parliament Complex in Senayan, Jakarta, on Saturday (11/7/2026). Commission III member from the Golkar Party faction, Rikwanto, suspects there are hiding places for assets related to these three corruption cases that have not yet been uncovered. Rikwanto demanded the case be investigated thoroughly. “We from the Golkar Party faction deeply regret and strongly condemn the fact that there are law enforcement officials who behave in the opposite manner. The Golkar Party demands this be investigated thoroughly,” Rikwanto said. “We suspect there are still many hiding places for unclear assets, which are allegedly the proceeds of this crime, to be uncovered,” he continued. Acting Junior Attorney General for Special Crimes Rudi Margono has received the transfer of the three corruption cases from the Corruption Eradication Corps. Margono stated that two suspects have been named, namely a private sector individual with the initials DR and an individual with the initial F. Police have searched a money changer and the Cafe de’Clan Signature in the Cipete area of South Jakarta, as well as a house owned by Febrie in Sentul, Bogor, West Java. During the search, police seized a number of pieces of evidence, including gold bars and foreign currency worth billions of rupiah.
