Hotel Ciputra Jakarta Officially Receives Chinese Friendly Hotel Certification from Ctrip
On 9 March 2026, Hotel Ciputra Jakarta officially received the Chinese Friendly Hotel certification from Ctrip, a travel agency based in China. This certification demonstrates that Hotel Ciputra Jakarta has met the service standards that are welcoming and aligned with the needs of guests from China.
As part of this commitment, Hotel Ciputra Jakarta offers a variety of Chinese signature menu selections and presents an All You Can Eat Dimsum Sunday Brunch programme each week featuring a range of authentic Chinese dishes.
To provide greater comfort for guests, Hotel Ciputra Jakarta also provides information in Mandarin across various areas of the hotel, making it easily understood by Chinese guests. Additionally, the hotel has staff capable of communicating in Mandarin and is equipped with Mandarin translation facilities to support optimal service delivery.
