Horizon.Com wins RI contract

SINGAPORE (Dow Jones): A unit of Horizon.Com Ltd., a Singapore
Internet company, said Monday that it has received a US$9 million
contract to build, operate and manage a broadband-based service
in Indonesia.

The contract was awarded by Indonesia's PT Rekasiscom Widya to
Horizon iTech Pte. Ltd.

The broadband service is aimed at 25 universities in
Indonesia. Each participating university will be equipped with
its own content server to host licensed software.

Horizon will receive additional revenue for the five years
through the management and maintenance of the project, but the
company didn't specify an amount.
