Hope Diamond Invests in DILD Shares

Hope Diamond Management Ltd has invested in shares of PT Intiland Development Tbk (DILD) on 8 June 2026. DILD management stated in a written disclosure on Monday (6/7) that Hope Diamond purchased 2,368,915,300 shares at a price of Rp119 per share. “This transaction was conducted for investment purposes with direct share ownership,” the statement said. Following the transaction, Hope Diamond’s ownership in DILD stands at 2,368,915,300 shares, equivalent to a 22.85% stake, compared to zero shares previously.
