Hooray! Gojek, Grab and Maxim drivers to receive THR of this amount
Driver partners on ride-hailing platforms, from Grab, Gojek to Maxim, will receive a THR, referred to as Hari Raya Bonus (BHR). Management of each company has confirmed that the BHR will be disbursed to their partners. DetikFinance reported on Friday, 6 March 2026. Maxim announced readiness to provide BHR since mid-February. Grab and Gojek announced would increase their BHR budgets for 2026.
BHR Grab
Grab Indonesia CEO Neneng Goenadi said this year the BHR budget is doubled compared with 2025, amounting to Rp100-110 billion in total. This increase not only strengthens the program but also improves the nominal structure for recipients across categories. The 2026 Grab BHR is divided into seven categories for two-wheeled and four-wheeled driver partners, based on productivity and activity during the assessment period.
The top nominal for GrabBike drivers can be up to Rp850 thousand, and for GrabCar drivers up to Rp1.6 million. The lowest category has also seen a three-fold increase, with GrabBike drivers receiving Rp150 thousand and GrabCar drivers Rp200 thousand in 2026. BHR disbursement will occur no later than seven days before Eid al-Fitr, and partners can transparently check their status via the GrabDriver app. The BHR scheme is designed using indicators such as partner productivity, including the number and consistency of completed orders, and service quality.
“In line with this approach, all Active Driver Partners with high productivity — numbering more than 400,000 drivers — will receive BHR as a sincere appreciation for their contributions and consistency on our platform,” Neneng said in a statement on 5 March.
BHR Gojek
GoTo CEO Hans Patuwo said the BHR disbursement is not only financial support but also an expression of the familial spirit GoTo maintains. For BHR 2026, the total budget increased more than twice the previous year, to Rp110 billion, up from Rp50 billion in 2025. The lowest BHR amounts for two-wheel partners increased 3-4 times, from Rp50 thousand to Rp150 thousand, while for four-wheel partners it rose to Rp200 thousand in 2026.
“BHR is a form of appreciation and the GoTo family spirit in supporting Mitra Drivers to celebrate Hari Raya Idul Fitri with their families, unlike the THR which is for formal workers,” Hans said.
Two-wheel partners will receive BHR from Rp150 thousand up to Rp900 thousand, while four-wheel partners will receive Rp200 thousand up to Rp1.6 million. BHR will be disbursed via GoPay Mitra balances from 4-6 March 2026.
The BHR amount for GoJek is measured by the online hours spent on the platform and the quality of service, as assessed by order acceptance and completion rates.
The BHR recipient groups are:
Mitra Juara: Partners who rely on the Gojek platform as their primary income (high productivity) and deliver good service, divided into six categories based on how frequently they were in the ‘Mitra Juara’ status in the past year (1-12 times).
Mitra Andalan: Partners who use the platform as supplementary income (medium productivity) and deliver good service, divided into three categories by frequency (1-12 times).
Mitra Harapan: Partners who use the platform as occasional income (low productivity) or have moderate acceptance and completion rates. Harapan Partners who were at least once a Juara in the past 12 months, or who were at least once a Andalan in the past 12 months.
BHR Maxim
Maxim Indonesia said it will provide a social program for driver partners ahead of Eid. This festive support includes BHR, incentives, distribution of staple packages, and 0% commission support for disabled drivers, as well as meals distribution and breaking-fast events.
“During Ramadan this year, we will continue to prepare various social supports for the families of our driver partners across Indonesia. Regarding BHR, we will work with the Ministry of Manpower (Kemnaker) and other stakeholders to coordinate and actively contribute to its distribution,” said Maxim Development Director Dirhamsyah in a statement on 12 February.
Maxim applies governance standards to structure the BHR distribution. The criteria and total BHR amounts are based on activity level, service quality and compliance with company rules, without major violations.
Meanwhile, BHR and incentives for drivers will be distributed across Maxim service cities in Indonesia, alongside the distribution of staple packages and meals for drivers in need and orphans.
