The situation on Jl. Kebon Sirih is really terrifying. A few
days ago, when I was riding in a bajaj, two hoodlums approached
and forced me to give them money on the grounds that they were
hungry and tired. If the traffic lights had not changed to green
and the driver had not accelerated, something might have happened
to me.

Allow me to call on the police, and especially the civilian
traffic regulators, to be on alert in that particular area. Also,
I would like to warn the general public to always remain vigilant
when traveling on Jl. Kebon Sirih; the hoodlums are usually half
drunk and won't hesitate to do anything to ensure their demands
are met.
