HONOR Robot Phone will not stop at one generation

Technology brand HONOR may not halt production of its Robot Phone device after just one generation. Although the device is only set to debut in August 2026 after its existence was confirmed at the Mobile World Congress 2026, leaks suggest it will have a successor. The leak comes from a Weibo tipster named Wangzai Knows Everything, who mentioned that the Robot Phone will continue to be enhanced in the future. When asked by netizens about the presence of a successor after its release, the technology tipster briefly answered ‘Yes’. The existence of the Robot Phone was revealed after HONOR introduced it at MWC 2026 in Barcelona, Spain. Broadly speaking, this phone is a smartphone equipped with professional video camera capabilities. The Chinese technology giant stated that the device’s capabilities will be enhanced from what was shown at MWC before its official commercial release. This is why the Robot Phone will debut in the third quarter of 2026 despite being introduced in March. Although there is no definite date for the Robot Phone’s launch, anticipating this new form of phone from HONOR is quite interesting and worth the wait.
