Honor 700 Pro rumoured to feature secondary display on rear body
Honor is reportedly preparing the Honor 700 series, which may include a secondary screen on the rear of the device, similar to the Xiaomi 17 Pro.
According to a report from Gizmochina on Friday, the specifications for the Honor 700 Pro were shared by tech leaker Digital Chat Station. The smartphone is expected to feature a 6.57-inch (16.69 cm) main display with a flat design and 1.5K resolution.
The front display of the Honor 7<0xC2><0xA0>00 Pro is also rumoured to have extremely thin and symmetrical bezels on all four sides.
The most highlighted feature of the Honor 700 Pro lies on its rear body. The Honor 700 Pro will feature a secondary screen measuring 1.72 inches (4.37 cm) attached to the back panel of the phone.
The exact position of this small screen is not yet known. It is possible that Honor will place it within the camera module, similar to the rear screen used by Xiaomi on the Xiaomi 17 Pro, or position it at the bottom of the rear panel.
This accessory would allow users to utilise the primary camera for selfies while viewing a live preview through the small screen on the back.
The use of rear displays is becoming increasingly common in flagship smartphones this year. Xiaomi has been one of the manufacturers introducing this concept through the Xiaomi 17 Pro and Xiaomi 17 Pro Max.
Based on Honor’s previous launch patterns, the Honor 700 is expected to debut in China around November or December.
