Honor has quietly launched its latest smartphone, the Honor 600 Lite, in Malaysia. The device was introduced without a dedicated launch event and is now officially available for purchase in the country.

Design-wise, the 600 Lite sports a distinctive look. The front features a pill-shaped horizontal notch, unlike most handsets that use a punch-hole design. At a glance, the notch resembles the Dynamic Island seen since the iPhone 14 Pro/Max, though it appears shorter.

Not only the front. On the rear, the camera module also resembles the iPhone’s ‘camera bump’, a single block housing three circular elements arranged in a zig-zag pattern. The three circles consist of two camera lenses and a circular LED flash.

Under the hood, the handset is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7100 Elite chipset, paired with 12 GB of RAM and 256 GB of internal storage.

For cameras, the 600 Lite relies on a 108 MP main sensor, complemented by a 5 MP ultrawide camera, and can be operated via a dedicated shutter button on the right edge. On the front, the selfie camera measures 16 MP for daily selfies and video calls.

In terms of power, the 600 Lite packs a 6,520 mAh battery with 45 W wired charging. The device also carries an IP66 rating, making it resistant to water and dust.

Connectivity includes Bluetooth 6.0 and NFC. Software-wise, the phone runs an Android 16-based operating system with MagicOS 10 UI.

It’s not yet known whether Honor will bring this phone to Indonesia.
