Honest leaders to solve crisis

Though some groups of people say there is no longer an
economic crisis in the country, but honest leaders are still hard
to find because this nation's moral crisis continues unabated.

Honesty is the main asset need if we want to continue national
development, and straight leaders are required as a model for the
public to follow. Increasing debts, corruption, criminality and
unrest reflect moral degradation.

Therefore, honest and capable executives already standing the
test of time are expected to overcome the moral crisis. Under
such leaders, supported by a competent Cabinet, the next
government will be improved.

Such leadership criteria has nothing to do with the issue of
gender. For certain circumstances, female authorities can be more
reliable due to their gentleness and patience.

However, which of the two presidential candidates is the best
should be determined by voters in the election runoff. Each of
them has pluses and minuses, with the weaknesses to be offset by
the Cabinet they have.

Meanwhile, the political elite and parties failing in the
presidential election bid should refrain from making provocations
to heat up the nation's political atmosphere, including appeals
for abstention.
