Honda WN7 electric motorcycle priced closely to Harley-Davidson LiveWire in Europe
The price of Honda’s WN7 electric motorcycle, set to be marketed in Europe, is not significantly different from that of Harley-Davidson’s LiveWire electric motorcycle. According to a Carscoops report on Monday, the Honda WN7’s price in the European market is only about €10 or US$11 (approximately Rp197,000) lower than the updated LiveWire One. In the United Kingdom, the Honda WN7 carries a price tag starting from £12,999 (around Rp312 million based on current exchange rates), whilst in continental Europe it starts from €14,780 or US$16,879 (approximately Rp304 million). The WN7 was introduced in September 2025 as the production version of the EV Fun concept unveiled by Honda a year earlier. Honda confirmed that the electric motorcycle model began arriving at European dealerships last month. The company stated that the WN7 is not designed to replace any of its existing petrol-powered motorcycle models. A large battery pack mounted on the frame is the main differentiator between the WN7 and petrol-engined motorcycles. Another standout feature is the single-sided swingarm, inspired by Ducati. The WN7 is equipped with a 9.3 kWh lithium-ion battery and a single electric motor producing 67 hp and 74 lb-ft (100 Nm) of torque. The instant torque offered by the electric motor is expected to provide an enjoyable riding experience. The electric drivetrain also brings other advantages, such as a configurable regenerative braking system that helps recover energy whilst reducing the load on the mechanical brakes. To prevent riders from accidentally twisting the throttle whilst parking, Honda has included a walking speed mode that allows precise throttle control at low speeds. The WN7 is marketed alongside the EM1 e: and CUV e: electric scooters, which round out the lower end of Honda’s latest electric vehicle line-up.
