Holds AGM, Jasa Marga Declares Rp1.1 Trillion Dividend
PT Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk has officially held its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGM) for the 2025 financial year on Wednesday, 20 May 2026. At the meeting, the red-chip toll-road issuer decided to distribute a dividend of Rp1.1 trillion to shareholders, equivalent to 31 percent of the company’s net profit for 2025.
Chief Executive Rivan A. Purwantono said that amid aggressive business expansion, the company remains firmly committed to preserving value for shareholders. The dividend is paid under a measured policy while continuing to consider the company’s future financial stability.
The dividend per share (DPS) is Rp156.2, the same as the DPS for the previous period. The dividend will be paid pro rata to shareholders recorded on the recording date of 4 June 2026, with the dividend payout scheduled for 19 June 2026. The remainder of 2025 net profit will be retained as reserves,” Rivan said in a statement on Wednesday, 20 May 2026.
For the 2025 financial year, Jasa Marga reported resilient financial performance. Core profit remained stable at Rp3.7 trillion. Revenue rose 5.8 percent year-on-year to Rp19.8 trillion, supported by the toll segment at Rp18.2 trillion and other businesses worth Rp1.6 trillion. In terms of operational profitability, Jasa Marga’s EBITDA rose to Rp13.3 trillion, with an EBITDA margin of 67.0 percent.
“Stability of the core profit was supported by revenue and EBITDA growth, as well as the company’s success in reducing financing costs by 10.5 percent (YoY) as a positive outcome of the equity financing actions undertaken at the end of 2024,” explained Rivan.
As at December 2025, Jasa Marga reiterated its position as the market leader in Indonesia’s toll road sector. The company currently operates 1,294 kilometres of toll roads out of a total concession owned of 1,736 kilometres, representing 42 percent of toll road market share nationwide.
The high market share is reflected in traffic volume, with Jasa Marga Group’s toll road transactions reaching 1.31 billion vehicles in 2025, and a daily traffic volume (LHR) of 3.58 million vehicles.
To enhance service delivery, Jasa Marga accelerated digitalisation of operations through the development of the Jasamarga Tollroad Command Center (JMTC). Using Intelligent Transport System (ITS) technology, this system can predict traffic flows with 98 percent accuracy.
Real-time data are delivered directly to road users via the Travoy app, which has now been downloaded by 1.1 million users, up 48 percent from the previous year. As a result, the Jasa Marga Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) for 2025 achieved 5.13 out of 6 (category “Satisfied”).
In the recreation and rest facilities line, Jasa Marga manages 59 rest areas, of which 26 are Travoy Rest independently managed.
