Hoax Circulating About National Nutrition Agency PPPK Stage 3 Recruitment Opening
Jakarta (ANTARA) - The National Nutrition Agency has stated that information regarding the opening of recruitment for Government Employees with Work Agreement (PPPK) at the National Nutrition Agency (BGN) Stage 3 circulating on various social media platforms is definitively false or a hoax and does not originate from the institution’s official announcements.
Rahman, Head of the Human Resources and Organisation Bureau (SDMO) at BGN, stated in Jakarta on Saturday that the agency has not yet opened the Stage 3 PPPK recruitment phase.
“We must clarify that BGN has never issued an announcement for the opening of Stage 3 PPPK as has been circulating. That information is incorrect and does not come from our official channels,” he said.
He explained that every recruitment process within BGN always follows applicable mechanisms and regulations and is announced openly through the institution’s official communication channels. The public was urged not to be easily influenced by posts that mention BGN’s name without verification.
Rahman also warned of the potential for misuse of false recruitment information for fraudulent purposes.
“We emphasise that all official government selection processes are provided free of charge in any form. If any party requests money in the name of BGN recruitment, that is certainly not part of the official process,” he said.
Meanwhile, Khairul Hidayati, Head of the Legal and Public Relations Bureau at BGN, stated that this clarification was important to prevent public concern whilst maintaining institutional credibility.
“The spread of false information can harm the public and damage the reputation of a state institution. We urge the public to always verify the truth of information before sharing it again,” said Hidayati.
BGN is committed to maintaining transparency in every policy, including employee recruitment. If there is a future opening of PPPK positions or other types of recruitment, announcements will be communicated officially through BGN’s website and verified social media accounts.
BGN also invites the public to actively participate in combating hoaxes by not disseminating unconfirmed information. This step is important for creating a healthy and trustworthy public information space.
