PT Hanjaya Mandala Sampoerna Tbk (HMSP) has announced changes to the composition of its Board of Directors through an Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders on 27 February 2026 in Jakarta.

The decision is part of the company’s efforts to strengthen organisational structure to remain adaptive to industry dynamics.

Based on shareholder decisions, Houria Raselma has been appointed to replace Gunnar Beckers. Reno Bontemps replaces Sergio Colarusso. Rianto Probo Hartono joins as a new director.

Reno brings more than 15 years of experience in the finance sector. He has held several strategic positions, ranging from strategic planning, business operations, to budgeting. His most recent position was Finance Director for Philip Morris International in the Middle East region.

Rianto has had an 18-year career at Sampoerna. He has experience across various strategic functions, including external relations and commercial planning.

Sampoerna President Director Ivan Cahyadi believes the new board composition will strengthen the company in facing industry challenges and drive sustainable business growth.

“I am confident that the experience and expertise possessed by Houria, Reno, and Rianto will further strengthen our Management Team and Board of Directors in driving the company’s performance and consolidating the achievement of Sampoerna’s long-term strategy,” Ivan stated in his official statement.

“With extensive experience, acuity in decision-making, and high integrity, they have made significant contributions to the company and have helped strengthen Sampoerna in maintaining market leadership,” he added.
