HMSP Announces Changes to Board of Directors
PT Hanjaya Mandala Sampoerna Tbk. (BEI: HMSP) has announced changes to its Board of Directors through an Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (RUPSLB) held on Friday, 27 February 2026 in Jakarta. The changes have been made to strengthen the organisational structure to remain adaptable to industry dynamics.
Through shareholder decision, Houria Raselma has been appointed to replace Gunnar Beckers, Reno Bontemps to replace Sergio Colarusso, and Rianto Probo Hartono has joined as a new Director.
Houria began her career as Brand Manager at Philip Morris International (PMI) Algeria in 2012. She has extensive experience in driving brand innovation, product portfolio management, and digital transformation across various PMI affiliates in the Eastern Europe, Middle East, and Africa regions.
Reno brings over 15 years of experience in the finance sector. He has held several strategic positions, ranging from business planning and budgeting to his most recent role as Chief Financial Officer for PMI’s Middle East region.
Meanwhile, Rianto has worked for 18 years at Sampoerna with a track record across various strategic functions, including external relations and commercial planning.
Sampoerna’s President Director, Ivan Cahyadi, stated that the new Board composition is believed to be capable of strengthening the company in facing industry challenges whilst driving sustainable growth.
“I am confident that the experience and expertise possessed by Houria, Reno, and Rianto will further strengthen our management team and Board of Directors in driving company performance and solidifying the achievement of Sampoerna’s long-term strategy,” said Ivan on Friday, 27 February 2026.
Ivan also expressed appreciation to Gunnar Beckers and Sergio Colarusso for their contributions and leadership during their tenure.
“With extensive experience, sharp decision-making abilities, and high integrity, both have made significant contributions and strengthened Sampoerna’s position in maintaining market leadership,” he said.
