HK Introduces Mozy, Integrated Toll Road Management Application
JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com - PT Hutama Karya (Persero) has officially introduced Mozy as a modern and integrated digital ecosystem application for toll road management, in line with strengthening technology-based operational service transformation.
The launch took place during the Launching Command Centre and Rebranding of Hutama Karya Toll Road Management Application event on Wednesday (22/04).
On that occasion, the company also inaugurated the update to the command centre as the operational control hub for toll roads.
Mozy is the new identity of the application previously known as HK Toll Apps.
The name Mozy itself comes from the combination of the words ‘move’ and ‘easily’, reflecting the application’s function in supporting road users’ mobility in a more practical and easily accessible manner.
The need for an adaptive, integrated, and easily recognisable system is considered increasingly important, both for traffic control and the development of digital services.
In addition to Mozy, Hutama Karya also introduced derivative identities within that ecosystem, namely MozyTru for Single Lane Free Flow (SLFF) services or contactless toll transactions, as well as MoVision as a dashboard for toll road operations and maintenance.
This development continues the implementation of digital technology that has been carried out previously, including the strengthening of the Intelligent Traffic System (ITS) which has been applied since 2019.
The system integrates various monitoring features such as Smart CCTV for real-time traffic surveillance and incident detection, as well as Remote Traffic Microwave Sensor (RTMS) for monitoring vehicle volume, average speed, and density levels.
Hutama Karya’s President Director, Koentjoro, stated that this update is part of the company’s commitment to improving service quality amid the growth of the toll road network.
Therefore, the command centre update and application rebranding represent a continuation of the previously built system, now with a more modern appearance, easy access, and increasingly relevant to operational needs as well as road users.
In line with that, the updated command centre is expected to support real-time traffic monitoring and control with more optimal visualisation capacity.
This facility is also designed as a representative space for visits and study tours.
As part of the launch series, Hutama Karya also held activations at several rest areas, including Tol Pekanbaru–Dumai KM 45, Tol Binjai–Langsa KM 41, and Rest Area Mini Tol Palembang–Indralaya.
Through the launch of Mozy and the command centre update, Hutama Karya reaffirms its commitment to delivering modern, reliable, and integrated toll road management.
