HIPMI Palembang Develops Strategic Programmes Through 2026 RAKERCAB, Focusing on Young Entrepreneurs
The Branch Management Board (BPC) of HIPMI Palembang City held the 2026 Branch Work Meeting (RAKERCAB) as a strategic forum to formulate the organisation’s policy direction while strengthening synergy between young entrepreneurs, the government, and various stakeholders in supporting regional economic development. This agenda serves as the organisation’s initial step in translating the management’s vision into more measurable and impactful work programmes.
Chairman of BPC HIPMI Palembang City, Peby Anggi Pratama, emphasised that RAKERCAB is not merely an annual organisational agenda, but a momentum to align the vision of all management ranks in delivering programmes that provide tangible benefits to members and the community. According to him, current business challenges demand increasingly close collaboration. Therefore, HIPMI Palembang is committed to becoming a platform for young entrepreneurs to enhance capacity, expand business networks, and create innovations capable of driving Palembang City’s economic growth sustainably.
During the RAKERCAB, each management division presented their work programme plans to be implemented over one management period. These programmes were developed by considering member needs, business dynamics, and investment opportunities emerging in Palembang City. The main focus discussed included strengthening the entrepreneurship ecosystem, improving the quality of young entrepreneurs’ human resources, developing cross-sector collaboration, business digitalisation, and efforts to encourage the birth of new entrepreneurs capable of competing at regional and national levels.
HIPMI Palembang also stressed the importance of building closer partnerships with the Palembang City Government. This synergy is expected to produce various policies and programmes that support the creation of a healthy investment climate, ease of doing business, and increased competitiveness of local business actors. Besides being a forum for drafting work programmes, RAKERCAB was also utilised as a space for internal organisational consolidation. Through discussions involving all administrators, each division was encouraged to set realistic, measurable targets aligned with HIPMI’s grand vision as an organisation that produces resilient and adaptive young entrepreneurs.
This spirit of collaboration is expected to strengthen HIPMI Palembang City’s role as a strategic government partner in driving regional economic growth. The organisation not only focuses on developing its members’ capacity but also aims to contribute to job creation, increase business sector productivity, and expand investment opportunities that impact the community. Through the outcomes of the 2026 RAKERCAB, BPC HIPMI Palembang City is optimistic about delivering more innovative, sustainable programmes that add value to the business world. With stronger collaboration between the organisation, government, and private sector, HIPMI hopes to become a driving force for Palembang City’s economic development while producing more competitive young entrepreneurs in the future.
