Hipmi Jaya Supports XVIII National Congress in Any Province

Chairman of the Hipmi Jaya Regional Executive Board (BPD), Ryan Haroen, has called on all members of the Indonesian Young Entrepreneurs Association (HIPMI) to maintain organisational unity ahead of the XVIII National Congress (Munas) of HIPMI. According to Ryan, the dynamics emerging ahead of the XVIII Munas are natural in a large organisation. However, he believes all members’ energy should be directed towards strengthening the organisation and preparing for HIPMI’s future, rather than getting bogged down in internal disputes. “HIPMI’s energy should focus on the organisation’s future, not internal disputes. HIPMI has a significant responsibility to prepare young entrepreneurs capable of addressing future economic challenges,” Ryan stated in a written statement on Wednesday, 27 May 2026. He emphasised that the Hipmi Jaya Regional Executive Board fully supports the Central Executive Board (BPP) of HIPMI’s decisions regarding the Munas, including the location. “The Hipmi Jaya BPD fully supports holding the Munas in any province across Indonesia. The most important thing is to maintain organisational unity and ensure the Munas proceeds smoothly for HIPMI’s sustainability,” he said. Ryan views the Munas as an opportunity to strengthen regional consolidation, foster collaboration among members, and clarify the organisation’s direction in tackling national economic challenges. He added that HIPMI must continue to uphold unity as the home of Indonesia’s young entrepreneurs. “HIPMI must remain a solid, mature organisation capable of generating significant ideas for Indonesia’s economic advancement,” Ryan said.
