HIPMI Banten strengthens development of entrepreneurs in the region

Jakarta (ANTARA) - The Regional Executive Board of the Indonesian Young Entrepreneurs Association (BPD HIPMI) in Banten Province is committed to strengthening the development of entrepreneurs in Banten so they can advance to higher levels, bolster exports, and enhance global competitiveness.

The Organising Chairman and Chairman of the Organisation, Cadre, and Membership Division (OKK) of BPD HIPMI Banten, Faizal Hermiansyah, stated that the agendas include educating and training new entrepreneurs across Banten Province with local wisdom for the benefit of the regional economy through regional coordination meetings, provincial training, and provincial business forums.

“Particularly in the fields of entertainment and the creative economy. This is one of the pillars supporting the economic stakeholders in Banten Province,” said Faizal in a press statement received on Monday.

BPD HIPMI Banten will also bridge young entrepreneurs with investors and local government (stakeholders) to elevate business classes and provide competent resource persons in their fields, from business and banking to investment.

This series of agendas also aims to strengthen collaboration among young entrepreneurs in Banten while encouraging the creation of new job opportunities through synergy with the government.

“The Banten Provincial Government hopes that HIPMI Banten, as a major home for the birth of young entrepreneurs, will become the driving force for youth entrepreneurship and the locomotive of the regional economy,” said Banten Governor Andra Soni.
