Hino establishes mudik service posts across Sumatra and Java
Jakarta – PT Hino Motors Sales Indonesia (HMSI) has reintroduced its Hino Lebaran Service Posts 2026 at 18 locations along key mudik routes from 17 to 26 March 2026, operating 24 hours daily to provide support to its customers.
Susilo Darmawan, Sales & After Sales Director of HMSI, stated that Hino vehicles play an important role during this period, as they are frequently used as commercial transport vehicles.
“By deploying 18 service posts at strategic locations, we want to ensure our customers feel secure knowing their fleets receive ready support during this very busy operational period,” said Susilo Darmawan in Jakarta on Friday.
During this period, Hino fleets typically operate under heavy schedules. These vehicles are commonly used for important purposes, such as transporting essential commodities and fuel distribution trucks that continue operating and play a vital role in maintaining public activity during Lebaran.
The service posts comprise 18 locations consisting of 11 Lebaran Service Posts and 7 Emergency Workshops, distributed across major national mudik routes.
The presence of these service points forms part of HMSI’s Total Support commitment, ensuring customers receive accessible technical support when needed.
The Lebaran service posts offer various complimentary facilities, including vehicle inspections, technical consultations, storage services, and souvenirs.
HMSI has established these mudik posts at strategic locations along the Sumatra and Java routes, including at Rumah Makan Umega on the Trans-Sumatra Highway at Km 200 in Dharmasraya, West Sumatra; Rumah Makan Simpang Raya in Muaro Jambi District; Rumah Makan Musi Indah in Banyuasin District, South Sumatra; Rumah Makan Siang Malam on the Trans-Sumatra Highway at Km 6 in Kalianda, Lampung; and Rumah Makan Menanti Raya on the Alternative Merak Toll Road in Cilegon City, Banten.
Along the Trans Java Toll Route, Hino Lebaran Service Posts are located at the Cikampek–Palimanan Toll Rest Area at Km 102 and at Rumah Makan Brawijaya near the Ciperna Toll Exit on the Cirebon–Kuningan route.
Additional posts are distributed at Rumah Makan Sari Rasa on the Weleri–Kendal Highway in Central Java; Rumah Makan Pananjung 3 on the Rajapolah Highway at Km 16 in Tasikmalaya; Rumah Makan Lestari on Jalan Revolusi No. 6 in Kebumen; and Rumah Makan Duta 3 at the Ngawi Toll Exit at Km 579 in East Java.
In addition to the Lebaran service posts, Hino has activated 7 emergency workshops operated by Hino dealers during the Lebaran mudik period. These workshops are located at Hudaya Maju Mandiri (HMM) on Jalan Raya Teuku Umar at Km 44 in Cibitung; Daya Guna Motor Indonesia (DGMI) on Jalan Jenderal Sudirman in Karawang; Indosentosa Trada (IST) on Jalan Raya Rancaekek in Bandung; Duta Cemerlang Motor (DCM) on the Boyolali–Semarang Highway; Indomobil Prima Niaga (IPN) in Surabaya on Jalan Raya Kletek, Sidoarjo; IPN Medan on the Medan–Lubuk Pakam Highway at Km 26 in Deli Serdang; and HMSI Jatake on Jalan Gatot Subroto at Km 8.5 in Tangerang.
