I wonder why the management of PD Pasar Jaya in Rawabening,
East Jakarta, charge Rp 500 for parking during the first hour
when other Pasar Jaya (markets) charges only Rp 300, as in Pasar
Senen, for instance.

When I asked about it, the staff told me that it was the
governor's instruction. But the staff could not show me the
order.

Besides, the used tickets are resold to new customers. Is this
the policy of the market management and approved by the Chief of
the Market Board?
