High cost at religious court
High cost at religious court
From Republika
I believed that a court procedure would finish in a short time
and at low cost in accordance with the prevailing principle, but
reality proves otherwise.
Mental prowess, physical endurance, clear thinking, and in
particular adequate funds, are essential to see a case processed
in court.
Presiding Judge Ohan Suherman, chairman of the Religious Court
at Cibadak, West Java, assisted by two judges, handled my case in
a complicated and intricate way, and most annoyingly there was a
demand for additional cost beyond my capacity. Does everyone
going to court have to put up with the same?
