High bus fares, poor service

I have always used public buses plying the Kalideres-Labuan
(Pandeglang) route, and are sick to death of the bus crews' poor
treatment of passengers, especially during the Idul Fitri
celebration.

The bus was too crowded and it was very difficult for
passengers to move about. Worse still, the fares were raised by
100 percent, sometimes even more. This situation is not new, and
people feel very frustrated. It's no use complaining about it as
nobody pays attention to complaints from frustrated passengers
anymore.

If this situation is not rectified, I'm afraid people will
resort to violence.

Therefore, I call on the bus companies, the authorities and
other agencies concerned to deal with this matter properly to
avoid any unfortunate consequences.
