Hero Supermarket

On Dec. 3, I did some shopping at Hero Supermarket in Plaza Senayan. Apart from candies and matches, I wanted to buy a telephone card. Complications arose when I could not use my credit card, because telephone cards must be paid for in cash.

I do not understand why a big company like Hero Supermarket confuses clients by applying two methods of payment. Why the exception to pay by cash for telephone cards? Another shortcoming is that personnel is not adequately trained by the company. On that day, they shouted at each other to ask about code numbers of the merchandise, all this adding to my bewilderment.

Is it a pleasure to shop at Hero's?
