HERO Directors and Commissioners Resign in Unison, What's Happening?

PT DFI Retail Nusantara Tbk (HERO) has announced changes to its management following the receipt of resignation letters from one member of the Board of Commissioners and one member of the Board of Directors. In a disclosure to the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) on Wednesday (22/7/2026), the company stated it had received a resignation letter from Wee Lee Loh from his position as a member of the Board of Commissioners, and from Paulus Raharja from his position as a member of the Board of Directors. HERO’s management expressed its appreciation and gratitude to Wee Lee Loh and Paulus Raharja for their contributions and dedication during their tenure. In accordance with applicable regulations, both resignations will be decided upon at an Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (RUPSLB) scheduled for 13 August 2026. The company also confirmed that the change in management composition will have no impact on operational activities, legal aspects, financial condition, or business continuity. HERO is an issuer engaged in retail and wholesale trading, currently operating retail businesses through various formats under the DFI Retail Group, which also operates Guardian and IKEA in Indonesia.
