Here Is the Traffic Engineering in Kemayoran During the 2026 Jakarta Fair

The Jakarta Fair or Pekan Raya Jakarta (PRJ) is being held again as part of the commemoration of Jakarta’s 499th anniversary. The DKI Jakarta Provincial Government has prepared traffic engineering around the Kemayoran PRJ area to anticipate the increase in vehicle volume. The 2026 PRJ is being held from 11 June to 12 July 2026 at JIExpo Kemayoran, Central Jakarta. The Transportation Agency (Dishub) urges the entire community to comply with the directions of officers in the field, pay attention to installed traffic signs, and prioritise safety while driving. The following traffic diversions will be in place during the 2026 PRJ: - From Jalan Gunung Sahari towards Tanjung Priok, vehicles can travel via Jalan Angkasa - Jalan HBR Motik - Jalan Danau Sunter Barat - Jalan Sunter Permai/Jalan Danau Sunter Utara; or via Jalan Gunung Sahari - Jalan RE Martadinata and so on; - Traffic from the direction of Tanjung Priok towards Jalan Gunung Sahari (Senen/Monas) can travel via Jalan RE Martadinata - Jalan Gunung Sahari and so on. Budi stated that officers from the DKI Transportation Agency will be on standby together with police elements and relevant stakeholders to manage traffic during the event. The Transportation Agency urges the public to avoid road sections that are likely to experience congestion around the Kemayoran area during peak visiting hours and to adjust their journeys according to prevailing traffic conditions. Six Car Parks The DKI Provincial Government has also prepared six car parks during the 2026 Jakarta Fair event. The total parking capacity provided is for 4,967 four-wheeled vehicles and 5,650 two-wheeled vehicles. Parking locations: - Block B-7 (80 cars and 300 motorcycles), - Block B-14 (50 cars and 200 motorcycles), - Block C-3 (150 cars and 1,500 motorcycles), - Block C-4 (300 cars and 500 motorcycles), - MGK Mall (1,994 cars and 1,800 motorcycles), - JIExpo Kemayoran area (2,393 cars and 1,350 motorcycles). In addition, to facilitate visitor mobility, the DKI Provincial Government urges the public to use public transport to reach the 2026 Jakarta Fair Kemayoran.
