Hercules' Wealth Under Scrutiny Following Appointment as Labour Union Honourary Board Member
Gerakan Rakyat Indonesia Bersatu (GRIB) Jaya chairman Rozario Marshal, known as Hercules, has been officially appointed to the honourary board of the National Indonesian Labour Union (SBNI). Following this new mandate, questions have arisen regarding his personal wealth, given his multiple prominent roles. During the SBNI’s second national congress and working meeting on Sunday, Hercules expressed gratitude for the appointment. ‘I am grateful to be given the honour of serving on the SBNI honourary board,’ he stated on the GRIB Jaya Instagram account. He expressed hope that the relationship between GRIB Jaya and SBNI would strengthen, working together to support the administration of Prabowo Subianto. ‘We, SBNI, PNJ and GRIB Jaya, are one body, one force for the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia, at all costs,’ Hercules declared. Details regarding his remuneration from the new union role remain unknown. However, prior to this appointment, Hercules had already amassed a considerable fortune through various business ventures and positions. He reportedly serves as the president commissioner of PT Titu Harmoni, a security services company. The East Timor-born figure also owns three hectares of land used for agriculture, fisheries, and freshwater fish farming, generating an estimated Rp3 billion per month. Additionally, he owns approximately 5.5 hectares of land rented to traders for use as a market. ‘I have a small business, I happen to own a market. It is a private market and it is mine, the land area is almost 5.5 hectares,’ Hercules said, as quoted from the Gus Miftah YouTube channel. Hercules has also led his own mass organisation, Gerakan Rakyat Indonesia Bersatu (GRIB Jaya), since 2011.
