Herbal medicine congress to be held in Singapore
An international congress on traditional herbal medicine will be
held in Singapore from Feb. 26 to 28 to reconcile the practice
with modern pharmaceutical science.
More than 500 scientists, researchers, clinicians and
practitioners will participate in the event, which aims to serve
as a forum for breakthroughs in botanical medicines, said the
National University of Singapore and National University
Hospital.
The congress will encourage exchanges between traditional
practitioners and scientific researchers.
Leaders in the field from the United States, Europe, Japan,
China and Australia will be attending. -- DPA
