HEMIN Foundation Publishes 2025 Annual Report, RMB 2 Billion Donation-Funded General Hospital Ready to Operate
Jinjiang, China, (ANTARA/PRNewswire) - HEMIN Foundation, the philanthropic foundation owned by Anta Group, has published its 2025 Annual Report highlighting the development of various social programmes in the fields of health, education, sports, and community empowerment. Established in 2021 with an endowment of RMB 10 billion from the founding family of ANTA Group, the foundation had disbursed donations exceeding RMB 1.21 billion by the end of 2025. Of that amount, more than RMB 560 million was channelled during 2025. The health sector is the primary focus of HEMIN Foundation’s philanthropic activities. One of its largest projects is the Shanghai Sixth People’s Hospital, Fujian Hospital (HEMIN Campus), which has now been completed and is scheduled to commence operations before the end of 2026. The non-profit tertiary general hospital is located in Chendai Town, Jinjiang, and was built with the support of an endowment worth RMB 2 billion from ANTA’s founding family. As a National Regional Medical Centre focusing on orthopaedic and trauma services, the hospital will serve the people of Fujian as well as countries and regions involved in the Belt and Road Initiative. In the field of education, HEMIN Foundation supports various scholarship programmes, teaching quality improvement, and educational assistance for students. To date, more than 1,500 students have received support to pursue higher education, while the total educational aid disbursed by the foundation now exceeds RMB 30 million. In the sports sector, HEMIN Foundation has assisted 534 elite athletes from various regions in China to return to competition after undergoing injury rehabilitation. HEMIN Foundation’s social commitment is also realised through an elderly welfare programme that has run for 18 consecutive years with total support exceeding RMB 60 million. The foundation also funded the construction of the Jinjiang Blue Ribbon Care Centre, a service centre providing integrated support for families with children with autism in Jinjiang. For its performance in programme management, professional capability, and public trust, HEMIN Foundation was awarded the highest predicate as a ‘5A Social Organization’ in December 2025.
